Tasting note: The nose offers intense floral and fruit aromas. A very full-bodied, luscious, smooth wine with great persistence on the finish. Good aging potential.
Serving suggestion: Starters, fish and white meat in cream sauce.
Aging potential: 5 years or more
Aging: 8–10 months in French oak barrels, up to 10% new, depending on the vintage, and 2–3 months in stainless steel vats.
Bottle aging: The wines enjoy ideal conditions in the cellars of the bastions at the old Château de Beaune.
