Grape variety: 100% Monastrell
Vineyards: Located in Alicante at an elevation of 600 meters with Quaternary sandy soils over a clayey subsoil.
Winegrowing: Environmentally friendly, without insecticides or weed killers. Integrated viticulture
Harvest: Manual harvest in 10 kg boxes. Cluster and berry selection. Average yields of 2,500 to 3,000 kg/ha

Vinification: Vinified in open-top stainless steel tanks, cold soaked for 24–48 hours and fermented for 10–12 days with punch-downs twice a day and gentle pumping over.
Aging: Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
