Storytelling: During the late 1960s, my father decided to create a Garnacha and Cariñena reserve wine with its own particular character and identity. Several years later, Syrah joined the varietal blend, which is oak aged to enhance its elegance. This marked the birth of Gran Sangre de Toro.
Serving suggestion: Excellent match for game and meat with spices. Serve at 17ºC.
