Everything is sprinkled with spicy, quincy impressions over slate soils seasoned with mineral notes. Macabeo, beautifully adapted to the region, recalls the streams that wind down the hills. This fresh note, enveloped in orange blossom, tempers the aridness of the land to reveal an exquisite minerality.
