APPEARANCE
Brilliant, clear straw yellow color with a steely hue, very lightly sparkling.
NOSE
Medium-high intensity, traces of white flowers (acacia, orange blossom), stone fruit, and sweet tropical undertones.
PALATE
Fresh palate, sweet entry, with a light natural sparkle. Creamy and aromatic midpalate. Intense fruit notes on the pleasant finish.
Nº12
The number 12 refers to the days the must fermented in stainless steel tank number 12 at a low temperature. A cold shock stopped fermentation to obtain an intensely aromatic wine with fine natural fizz and a luscious palate.
INFORMATION
Sustainable production.
Made from the free-run juice of selected grapes from the winery’s best vineyards. The vines grow in slightly acidic, granite-derived sandy loam soils. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC for 12 days.
