Tasting note: Refined fruit and floral nose with a delicate toasty note. The wine is exceptionally delicate, which it reveals with elegance and finesse. Good aging potential.
Serving suggestion: Fish and seafood in sauce.
Aging potential: 5–7 years or more
Harvest: Hand harvest in small 13 kg boxes. Every grape is carefully hand sorted.
Aging: 9–10 months in French oak with up to 15% new barrels, depending on the vintage, and 3–4 months in stainless steel vats.
Bottle aging: The cellars in the bastions of the old Château de Beaune provide naturally ideal conditions for aging Premiers Crus.
